The Museum is run on a day to day basis by a small executive team led by a Director. This is supported by a large number of volunteers who give freely of their time. See the separate page on volunteering for details of what this involves.
In the interest of advancing employment and skills, the Museum works closely with two local education providers: University College Falmouth and Falmouth Marine School, who run a boat building (NVQ Level 3) course on the Museum's premises.
